The Schaller Group: Metal Forming, Machining & Assembly Experts

As a premier source for precision metal forming, machining and assembly, the Schaller Group has grown over the years to include the strengths of four diverse companies offering a range of services and capabilities.

Schaller Tool & Die

Justin Schaller immigrated to the United States in 1914, when he was just 21 years old. Throughout the next 31 years he gained valuable knowledge and experience in manufacturing, forming the Schaller Tool & Die Company in 1945. Over the next several decades the company experienced steady growth while building a reputation for quality and innovation.

Schaller Corporation

The knowledge gained from manufacturing precision tolerance aircraft parts led Schaller to the automotive stamping industry. In 1982, Schaller Corporation was formed to service the intermediate to high-volume production stamping customer.

Regal Prototypes

In 1975, Schaller purchased Regal Prototypes and expanded its services to include automotive sheet metal prototypes and aircraft stampings. Regal’s capacity for quick turnarounds and short-run production efficiencies has added valuable services and invaluable expertise for full production runs.

Fenixx Technologies, LLC

Fenixx Technologies’ strengths in high-precision waterjet cutting and machining add yet another service to the Schaller Group. Specializing in parts made from aircraft grade stainless steels, aluminum and high strength alloys. Customers receive a full range of design and manufacturing capabilities so projects are completed accurately, and on time at a competitive price.

The Schaller Group

The Schaller Group of companies is still family owned and operated, and is an award-winning, premier, single-source provider of metal parts, from design and engineering to testing, prototyping, forming, machining, assembly and packaging.

Schaller Group continues to build upon a reputation for quality, precision, and innovation, strengthening a commitment to superior service and workmanship that began many years ago.

We recognize that our operations and decisions affect not only immediate stakeholders such as customers, employees, neighbors and vendors, but also others throughout the supply chain. Whether it’s repurposing scrap metal or streamlining processes, we must operate with sustainable practices to achieve our goals in a fair, legal and ethical manner to reduce environmental impact.
